Dastkaar DCY Project coordinator Ms. Vimala visited Sircilla and had a review
meeting at DCY, Sircilla on 3rd Apr 2008. The following were the discussion points.

• It may take a period of 1-2 months for the completion of erection and trial run Hence, the official handovering of DCY-Machinery may be expected tentatively In the I week of Jun-08.
• Due to logistic gaps, it was suggested to identify an individual house for the
  Accommodation of Dastkaar and Vortex staff. All these expenses shall be borne by Dastkaar.
• To appoint a manager exclusively for DCY at the earliest possible and After appointment desired that Managerial training has to be given to the Manager
