- Changed 95 acres in to NPM practices
- Reduction in input cost from Rs.9100 to Rs.4850
- The farmers earned Rs.1000 as additional income per acre through inter crops like Green gram, block gram, soybean
- Improved soil fertility by cultivating leguminous crops like Green gram, black gram as a result, there is no change in yields in between NPM and Non-NPM practices even reducing usage of fertilizers in the first year it self
- Improved technical skills of the farmers through conducting FFS sessions and promoted 10 farmers as resource persons
- Farmers are able to prepare the bio pesticides like neem paste, Amruthajalam, Pancha gavya, Kanuga, Vavila boiled leaf solution with available sources
- Improved saving practices among the farmers
- Increased profits from Rs.3650 to Rs.7150 per acre.
- Reduced expenses on health problems of the farmers.

Road Map for the Year 2006
- To expand NPM practices from one village to three villages covering from 95 acres to 300 acres respectively
- Orientation to the farmers on crop planning
- Video demonstration in the villages to created awareness
- Formation of new farmers groups
- Formal tie-up with local SSGB for credit support
- To promote SRI paddy cultivation
- To promote vegetable cultivation
- Promote agri. based alternative livelihoods like dairy development, vegetable cultivation, sheep rearing, back yard poultry, vermi compost units.
- To supply grinding machines to each village for preparation of neem powder with the support of NABARD.
- To promote silage units towards preservation of fodder
- Arranging maize shellers to the farmers with the support of NABARD.
- To construct godown with support of NABARD
- To promote bio-mass plantation.
